1. Agreement
These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the HeroHunt.ai website, app and APIs (the "Service"), operated by Eevee Meets B.V. ("HeroHunt.ai"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
HeroHunt.ai provides an AI recruitment assistant that searches publicly available professional profiles, screens candidates against your requirements, and supports automated, personalised outreach. Features, limits and quotas depend on your plan.
Plans are described on the plans page. A position is one role you run with the assistant; position slots reset monthly per your plan. Free trials may have limits on the number of positions and profiles screened.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate professional recruitment, in compliance with applicable laws including data protection and anti-spam rules. You must not use the Service to harass individuals, send unlawful communications, or scrape or resell data in breach of third-party terms.
You are responsible for the content of outreach you approve and send, and for honouring opt-out and do-not-contact requests.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. After a free trial, your subscription converts to the selected paid plan unless cancelled beforehand. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual property
HeroHunt.ai and its underlying technology, software and brand are owned by Eevee Meets B.V. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain rights to the inputs and content you provide.
6. Liability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeroHunt.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Questions: info@herohunt.ai.
